Homeostasis is the state where our body’s different systems are in equilibrium. When this optimum balance is thrown off by overuse, injury, physical or emotional trauma, your body will compensate. This can lead to dysfunction. Massage and manual therapy can help guide your body out of this dysfunction.

Using massage, manual therapy techniques, yoga, and self-care, pain-free life is possible again. We can work together to create a plan, resolve your dysfunction, and get your body back into balance.
