Mind, Body and Soul

Homeostasis is the state where our body’s different systems are in equilibrium. When the optimum balance is thrown off by overuse, injury, physical or emotional trauma, or anything else, the body will compensate. This can lead to dysfunction. Massage and manual therapy can help guide the body out of this dysfunction.

Using massage, manual therapy techniques, yoga, and self-care, pain-free life is possible again. We can work together to create a plan, resolve your dysfunction, and get your body back into balance.

And if all you seek is a wellness massage to de-stress, I’ve got you covered.

My ultimate goal is to heal, but also to teach my clients a better approach to their own health.
